Valuation Associate at Alvarez and Marsal

  • Analyze financial statements and construct complex valuation models using income, market, asset-based, multi-period excess earnings, replacement cost, cost approach, and relief from royalty methodologies;
  • Develop valuations for a variety of financial reporting and tax purposes including purchase price allocations, gift and estate, non-compete agreements, goodwill impairment, and inter-company restructuring;
  • Prepare valuation schedules and supporting written narratives with a high degree of attention to detail and deadlines for presentations to clients; and
